Sinner’s Mod Shop grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use our FiveM EUP product models solely for personal use in FiveM roleplay servers. This license does not allow you to distribute, resell, or claim these models as your own, with all other rights reserved by Sinner’s Mod Shop. Additionally, you are strictly prohibited from distributing, reselling, or sharing our EUP product models with third parties without written consent, and you must not claim them as your own or alter them to imply original creation. While customers are permitted to re-texture the models, these textures cannot be shared or sold, and YTD files may only be shared with development teams, whereas YDD files are exclusive to the license holder. Any unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or modification of our products constitutes copyright infringement, and we will take legal action if the terms of service signed at checkout are violated.

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with our EUP product models are the exclusive property of Sinner’s Mod Shop.

Sinner’s Mod Shop may, at its discretion, provide support or updates for the EUP product models. We are not obligated to provide ongoing support or updates. Sinner’s Mod Shop reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our EUP product models, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice, if you violate these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sinner’s Mod Shop shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our EUP product models or any inability to use them.

We follow tebex terms and privacy. This includes information that is all kept sensitive including to most of our staff and this information will not be shared.

All sales of digital products, EUP models, and other related assets, are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, once a product has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. Please review product descriptions, compatibility, and requirements carefully before making a purchase. In cases where the product is found to be defective or not functioning as advertised, we may offer assistance to resolve the issue or provide a replacement. However, refunds will only be considered if the product cannot be fixed and falls within 14 days of the purchase date. Refund requests due to customer error, incompatibility with other mods or servers, or dissatisfaction after successful download and installation will not be accepted. We encourage users to contact our support team for assistance with any issues before requesting a refund.
